1. After confirming with drawings and document signatures and paying the deposit (the deposit is 30% or more of the total billing amount), the 7-day period starts from the next day;

2. If the customer requests to change the style or size after both parties confirm the drawing, the delivery date shall be recalculated within 7 days after the drawing is changed and confirmed;

3. 7-day delivery is limited to pine, alder and beech original color shipments;

4. Products delivered within 7 days do not include styles including glass, goosene, non-standard hardware accessories and LED light strips;

5. If the delivery fails due to force majeure (including due to bad weather, fire, flood, accident, riot, government policy, strike or any situation beyond the control of the company), the company will Adjust the delivery date according to the actual situation;

6. The delivery location is only within Hong Kong, excluding Lantau Island and outlying islands;

7. Failure to arrange delivery due to customer problems, or the delivery time required by the customer exceeds the latest delivery time of the company on the day, which is not a violation of the 7-day delivery commitment, and the company will not be responsible;

8. If the delivery information provided by the customer, such as delivery address, phone number and other information is wrong, the company will not be responsible for the failure to deliver the goods as scheduled;

9. The company will not bear the loss of customers caused by failure to deliver on time;

10. The right of interpretation belongs to Emerald Home Furnishing.
